Price Sadaja Art will provide the client with a quotation for the requested artwork. The quotation includes the cost of materials, estimated hours of work on the piece and any additional charges that may apply. Prices are subject to change based on the project's complexity but will be agreed upon before commencing work.

Acceptance of commission Acceptance of the commission must be made in writing via email or written. By accepting the commission the client agrees to the terms and conditions.

Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total quoted price is required to secure the commission. The booking fee will be deducted from the final payment.

Photo Provision For commissions based on photographs, the client must provide high-quality, clear photos. The quality of the commission piece is directly related to the quality of the provided photograph. Sadaja Art reserves the right to reject any photograph that does not meet the required quality standards.

Agreed Changes Any changes the client wishes to make to the portrait must be agreed to before the artwork is started. Once the portrait is started the artist will not make changes to the agreed piece.

Copyright Sadaja Art retains copyright to the commisisoned artwork created from the client's photograph. Sadaja Art reserves the right to share on social media and on our website.

Time Scale The completion time for a commission varies and depends on the current workload, the piece's complexity and the artwork's size. Am estimated completion time will be provided when the commission is accepted. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Sadaja Art will ensure they communicate regularly with the Client to keep them up to date with their commission.

Balance Payment The balance of the payment is due upon completion of the artwork, before packaging, shipping and delivery. Payment is taken via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Social Media Sadaja Art reserves the right to share the commissioned artwork on social media and for portfolio purposes, unless specifically requested not to by the Client in writing.

Termination of Commission Request The Client may terminate the commission request within 7 days of the initial booking fee payment. In such cases, the booking fee will not be refunded but may be applied to future commissions booked within 12 months of the termination. If Sadaja Art must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances the booking fee will be refunded in full to the Client.
